Do I have to make a booking?
We are always happy for anyone to drop in during our opening hours. Whether you have questions about your bike, need a small job doing or just want to chat. However, we tend to be quite a busy shop, so we will generally not be able to undertake services or time consuming repairs on the spot. We suggest that you book a week or two in advance, or be prepared to leave your bike with us for a few days.
How long will it take to fix my bike?
We aim to turn around bikes within a day or two and have them back to you as soon as possible. If you need your bike finished and returned to you on the same day - if we are collecting from your workplace for example - please make sure you mention it to us on booking so we can ensure that our mechanics are prepared.
Can I provide my own parts for my bike?
If you are thinking of bringing in parts for your bike give us a quick call or send us an email before you come. We generally don't mind, but please remember we are an independent business and component sales are an important part of our income.
